Penn Station Office Space With more than half a million commuters passing through its doors every weekday, Penn Station is the busiest transportation hub in New York City. For employees riding the rails into Manhattan from New Jersey or Long Island, it can be very convenient to lease office space near Penn Station. A Private Suite is a stand-alone, private office space in a traditional office building, where your company is responsible for the entire office suite. By contrast, when we say Private Office, we just mean a private room within another company’s office suite – think of an attorney subleasing a private office within another law firm. Renting a private suite usually requires a substantial amount of paperwork – sublease agreement, master lease agreement, landlord’s consent document. Midtown South Office Space As the name suggests, Midtown South is the southern portion of Midtown Manhattan. The street boundaries lie roughly between 42nd Street to the north, 34th Street to the south, 9th Avenue to the West, and Lexington Avenue to the east. If you have employees who commute into the city via both Grand Central and Penn Station, Midtown South would be a convenient location for your NYC office space, as many office buildings are easily accessible from both. The two largest neighborhoods in Midtown South are the Garment District, which stretches all the way from 9th Avenue to 5th Avenue, and Murray Hill, east of Fifth Avenue.
