NoMad Office Space

Over the past decade NoMad has undergone a major transformation, from low rent office spaces and retail storefronts specializing in wholesale goods, to a vibrant area with a plethora of hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. The name NoMad derives from ‘North of Madison Square Park’. It’s relatively small, spanning only 5 blocks from 25th Street to 30th Street and Sixth Avenue to Lexington Avenue. On average, the price of office space in NoMad is lower than office space in Flatiron District.
