Gramercy Park Office Space The Gramercy Park neighborhood is located in Manhattan between 14th Street and 23rd Street, Park Avenue South and First Avenue, overlapping slightly with Union Square.  On NYC neighborhood maps, you’ll often see Gramercy extending north, through an area called Rose Hill, to 34th Street, bordering Murray Hill. NoMad Office Space  Over the past decade NoMad has undergone a major transformation, from low rent office spaces and retail storefronts specializing in wholesale goods, to a vibrant area with a plethora of hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. The name NoMad derives from ‘North of Madison Square Park’. It’s relatively small, spanning only 5 blocks from 25th Street to 30th Street and Sixth Avenue to Lexington Avenue.
