Herald Square Office Space When people think of Herald Square in NYC, what usually comes to mind is Macy’s Department Store, which has been located on 34th Street since 1901.  But Herald Square’s proximity to Penn Station makes it a convenient office space location for many New Jersey and Long Island commuters. Located at the crossroads of West 34th Street, Sixth Avenue, and Broadway, Herald Square is a major transportation hub, which connects people to many subway lines and the PATH train. If you’ve ever spent much time in Midtown Manhattan you probably know that Fifth Avenue is the dividing line between east and west. Midtown South Office Space As the name suggests, Midtown South is the southern portion of Midtown Manhattan. The street boundaries lie roughly between 42nd Street to the north, 34th Street to the south, 9th Avenue to the West, and Lexington Avenue to the east. Office Space Near Penn Station With more than half a million commuters passing through its doors every weekday, Penn Station is the busiest transportation hub in New York City. For employees riding the rails into Manhattan from New Jersey or Long Island, it can be very convenient to lease office space near Penn Station.
