Garment District Office Space The Garment District NYC is located in Midtown Manhattan between 42nd Street and 34th Street and Fifth Avenue and Ninth Avenue. Seventh Avenue, between the blocks of 42nd and 34th, is known as Fashion Avenue. There you’ll find the Fashion Walk of Fame with star-shaped plaques embedded in the sidewalk to honor the titans of the fashion industry. As you would expect, there are many fashion showrooms in the Garment District, but competitive prices for NYC office space in the Garment District have also drawn other types of companies to the area. The majority of fashion showrooms are concentrated on West 38th Street and West 39th Street and within a few, prime fashion showroom buildings on Broadway and Seventh Avenue. Some of the most notable office buildings in Midtown include the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, the GM Building, the Seagrams Building, and the Rockefeller Center complex, to name just a few. Other noteworthy places in Midtown are Grand Central Terminal, Times Square, Radio City Music Hall, and the New York Public Library.

Penn Station Office Space With more than half a million commuters passing through its doors every weekday, Penn Station is the busiest transportation hub in New York City. For employees riding the rails into Manhattan from New Jersey or Long Island, it can be very convenient to lease office space near Penn Station. This not only shaves time off the commute, but also saves money on an MTA card, which adds up to nearly $1,500 per year.  Penn Station is bordered by four neighborhoods: the Garment District to the north, Chelsea to the south, Hudson Yards to the west, and Midtown South to the east.
