These buildings tend to have wood floors, high ceilings, and large windows, and appeal to fashion designers and creative agencies. Expect prices for NYC office space in Soho to be on the higher end.  And if you’re a New New Yorker, you should know that Houston ain’t pronounced like the city in Texas.
