Located on West 36th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue, a short walk to Penn Station, Port Authority, and Hudson Yards, a non-profit has a couple desks for rent within a larger suite. There is also a private office/breakout room available and access to a pantry area. The lease term is flexible. As well, a scenario with alternating office days would be considered – for example, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
