New lease signed in Midtown
A cryptocurrency firm has signed a 2-year lease for 2,250 square feet of office space on 42nd Street near Bryant Park. The firm, which has been operating out of a turnkey, flexible office provider for the past year, is making the move to its first permanent office.
The firm chose the location for several reasons. First, the central location makes it easy for employees to commute from all over the city. Second, the office space is already built and includes three private offices, a conference room, and a kitchenette. Third, the landlord included the existing furniture and some free rent in the deal.
The firm is excited to move into its new space and believes that it will help them to attract and retain top talent.
