Private Suite for Rent
Office sublets can be shared office spaces or private office spaces. A Private Suite is a stand-alone, private office space in a traditional office building, where your company is responsible for the entire office suite. By contrast, when we say Private Office, we just mean a private room within another company’s office suite – think of an attorney subleasing a private office within another law firm. Renting a private suite usually requires a substantial amount of paperwork – sublease agreement, master lease agreement, landlord’s consent document.
