In terms of value for NYC office space, Chelsea tends to be a more affordable option than the adjacent Flatiron District and Union Square. The primary business district in Chelsea, where the vast majority of office space can be found, is located between Sixth and Seventh Ave in the 20s. The nicest office buildings in Chelsea are found along Seventh Avenue leading to Penn Station, but there are also many serviceable loft buildings on the side streets where technology and creative companies have set up shop.
